Heather made the mortgage process and simple as it could be. She was incredibly responsive and gave great advice along the way to make sure we got to closing without issue. I really enjoyed the videos explaining the processes because I haven't gone through this process before. They helped me not make mistakes in the mortgage process and helped me learn.

Going through the process of purchasing a home is very stressful. For myself, customer service is important. Communication is a must.
