Missed conference call, no response to emails from “the team”. I felt that I had to manage process. When I wanted info no response, but when frost wanted it had to be immediate! Also the “video updates” were totally annoying and not relevant

The process was so quick and smooth and no matter what questions I had Heather answered them not matter the time of day, I had heard some horror stories of purchasing a home from other people, but my experience was so different in a better way from theirs.
