Zero stars....They will not answer the call. Only through email and they will not give any contingency. They will humiliate you by saying you are not qualified until you do this that...ETC. I got approval from the other three lenders with the same conditions. They will not answer the phone call. Only email communication. At any cost don't go with this lender. WORST RESPONSE. They will tie up with builders and both will give you the same answer. Zero knowledge..

Called a couple times and left a message but she never responded back. Then I emailed and I did eventually get a response. I don't always prefer to communicate through email. The phone is the next closest you're going to get to "in person" communication over email. I recommend more telephone communication vs solely email communication.
Other than that, Heather did answer all of my questions that I needed answered which was appreciated. She was friendly the whole time which was also appreciated. Thanks
