I started working with Chad back in December to see if I could get pre-qualified for a loan. We went over my finances and he said everything should be good to go. In February, we started the process. This was my first time buying a home so I had a lot of questions. Chad was always very helpful and responsive to any of my questions whether it was via email or the phone. I will definitely recommend friends and family to work with Chad. It was a great overall experience as a first time home buyer.

We went to Frost Mortgage to begin the process of buying our first home. They immediately had us meet with Steven Lowe. I would recommend him highly. He was thorough in explaining everything and helped us in every way possible every step of the way. Steven made the whole process easy and as painless as possible.
