From the first conversation with Nita we were happy with how accommodating she was. She is personable and very transparent with any information she can and can't provide, and available at any reasonable time of the day via phone. As first time homebuyers with many questions, this was crucial. Nita is clear and concise with her explanations, outlining the important processes and how to best deal with any potential problems. Working with Nita was the best home buying experience we could ask for. I would recommend her services and Frost for anyone's mortgage needs.
