We found our dream house on a Friday afternoon. Chad was willing to meet us on Saturday morning to go over our financials, and found out we were qualified right away. He was a joy to work with and made the process easy and digestible. We closed right on time, in the most efficient closing I have ever experienced. Chad was an essentialand intrigal part of our team and I would highly recommend him.
