It was easy to call and request a refinance. Everything was done per E-mail. Nita was easy to get a hold per phone if needed. She answered all questions and even walked me through some things on the computer.

Chad made the process very straightforward for me. I had limited paperwork to either provide or fill out compared to some other mortgages I've done in the past. When problems arose with the electronic signing system, it was taken care of. Smoothest mortgage experience I've ever had, and I've done several.
