Who made the experience great and above what was expected, that would be Heather Foote-Jasso of course. It did not matter when I contacted Heather she always immediately responded and I contacted her a lot as I had lots of questions, all of which she was able to answer. Getting a mortgage is never easy, especially when building a home and the time of completion keeps adjusting, but Heather kept everything in check and kept the financial side of the project running without a glitch.

If you’re looking for a home mortgage lender that is straightforward and highly communicative, then Frost Mortgage should be your choice. We’ve purchased multiple homes throughout our professional careers, and I can honestly say that this experience was our easiest. Heather provided the documentation that she needed, and we provided it. She set realistic timelines and remained in constant contact with us. There were no surprises.
