This man knew his business! We were purchasing and borrowing in the name of a trust, which is a rare occurrence, with multiple complexities to integrate. He was incredibly responsive, and communicative. What's more, his knowledge and information about everything was comprehensive and accurate. I know that he also has a great team supporting him because he was able to get answers to any questions I asked well within the time I expected, and I have extremely high expectations. So kudos to your entire team. The one thing he mentioned was that closing would take only 45 minutes, but he didn't account for my newly discovered AI image generating application, and me getting chatty and distracted at the closing table with my wife, agent, and closer, showing them AI generated images, so it took quite a bit longer. Anyway kudos to him and the team!
