I read everything and scrutinize details, but I am not a finance guru nor a frequent homebuyer (this was my first). Man Phan took no issue with me asking detailed questions, and I really appreciate that. Some people take questions as a personal affront, and that is not how they should be viewed. I enjoyed that Man made himself available and offered explanations that did not dodge or "talk over" my questions.
Man Phan also made it very clear what was going on and what to expect in each step of the lending process. The framework used by PRMI made it very easy to provide documents, access lender documents and sign off when needed. I was very happy when I was able to review everything step by step (at my own pace and leisure) - and then find the same documents (and numbers) at closing. This made the entire process feel transparent.
